This trip is a 3 Day nearly 30 mile light and fast journey down the Devil's River, a true gem of Texas. It is remote scenic and wild, making it an iconic adventure, however it is also a challenging paddle with mandatory portages and the route is often plaiged by afternoon headwinds. Participants will camp light with tarp shelters and minimal gear- fires are not allowed and Leave No Trace Practices and Principles are Mandatory. This experience takes us through one of Texas's most untouched landscapes. One few Texans get to experience. The stunningly clear waters offer fishing and the stars at night can be breathtaking.
